The Operations Manager Level 5 programme is designed for people who manage teams and/or projects and contribute directly to achieving operational or departmental goals as part of an organisation’s strategy.

Requirements

  • Computer & Internet Access: A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.


  • Workplace Role: You should be working in a role where you manage people, projects or operational activity.


  • English & Maths: If you do not already hold Level 2 English and Maths, you will need to achieve this before the final assessment.


  • Entry Criteria: Entry requirements are set by each employer, but typically include a good standard of general education (often around GCSE level or equivalent).


  • No Specific Age Restriction: This programme is open to adults of all ages and career stages, including career changers and those looking to progress into management roles.

This call explains how the programme works, what to expect from the training and assessment, and how the programme will support business objectives and individual career development.

The next step is completing the application and funding paperwork. Our team manages this process closely, guiding employers and learners through each stage to ensure everything is completed smoothly, accurately and with minimal administration time.

Before the programme begins, learners take part in an online induction. This introduces the learning platform, course structure, support services and key contacts, ensuring everyone feels confident, informed and ready to begin from day one.
